Case Study 2: Strategic Alliances – Local Area Marketing
The second strategy we undertook with Ben was to start building strategic alliances in his local area.
Firstly Ben visited our website and downloaded all the competition marketing material. Ben then approached a few different cafes/restaurants and other local businesses to build his profile within the local business district.
